Refund Policy

All sales are final. This includes digital products and services such as the Loyalty Test and Expedited Loyalty Test.

If for any reason you change your mind about moving forward with a Loyalty Test or Expedited Loyalty Test, please let me know. I will cease contact immediately, but a refund will not be issued as research and work behind the scenes has already begun.

All sales of digital products are considered final sale. Upon completing your order an email will be sent automatically containing the digital product(s) you've ordered. As these products are not returnable, no refund will be offered.
