Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind once a purchase has been completed.

All products sold by Dream Girl Academy are digital, downloadable goods. They
are delivered to you electronically and immediately upon successful payment. Once
a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, unsent, or unviewed.
Because of this, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but
not limited to:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to download or save the product
• Dissatisfaction with the content, style, or format of the product
• Misunderstanding of what the product contains
• Lack of time or motivation to use the product
• Decision that the product is not the right fit for you
• Discovery of similar information elsewhere
• Any reason not specifically listed as an exception below

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to this no-refund policy.

Before You Buy
We want every customer to be confident in their purchase, which is why we
provide detailed product descriptions, previews where applicable, and clear
information about what each product includes.

Please take the time to review the product page carefully before completing your
purchase. If anything is unclear, we encourage you to reach out through the
contact form on our website before you buy. We are happy to answer questions
about format, content, length, intended audience, or anything else that will help
you decide whether a product is right for you.

Delivery of Your Purchase
After your payment is processed successfully, you will receive immediate access to
your product. This typically includes:
• A download link delivered to the email address you provided at checkout
• Access to your product on the order confirmation page

If you do not see your download link within one hour of purchase, please check
your spam, promotions, and junk folders before reaching out. Email filters
sometimes catch our confirmation emails by mistake.

If you still cannot locate your product after checking these folders, please contact
us through the contact form on our website with your order number and we will
resend it to you as quickly as possible.

Limited Exceptions
Although all sales are final, we may consider, at our sole discretion, addressing the
following limited situations:
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product due to a technical
error at checkout
• The product file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or fails to deliver,
and we are unable to provide a working version within a reasonable time
after being notified

If you believe one of these situations applies to your order, please contact us
through the contact form on our website within seven days of your purchase.
Include your order number and a clear description of the issue so we can
investigate quickly. These situations will be reviewed case by case, and any
resolution offered is at our discretion.

A Note on Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us first. We are
reasonable, responsive, and want to help.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider
without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is a violation of our Terms of
Service. Because our products are digital, delivery is automatic and traceable, and
we are able to provide payment processors with full proof of delivery and
acceptance of these terms. Disputes initiated without contacting us first are
unlikely to succeed and may result in loss of access to any products you have
purchased and a permanent ban from future purchases.
